Stunning view of the serene lake from the rooms and the breakfast area is definitely the highlight of this city hotel. The breakfast served has a good variety and is filling enough to last you a long time before your next meal. Plus, being located within walking distance to all the city attractions is very convenient.
The rooms could use some updates and maintenance, especially the showers and windows. Heater control is not within the rooms and hot water in the bathroom is unreliable.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Francesco! The location was close to the center, just a 20-minute walk. The rooms had amazing views of the lake and were very quiet. The hotel had a beautiful access to the lake. The breakfast was good and the service at the front desk and in the restaurant was kind and helpful.

If you're looking for a place close to the lake and just a short walk to the city center, this hotel is perfect for you. The location is hard to beat, with private access to the lake and fantastic window views from almost every part of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. a pleasant experience.

The view from the room was stunning, with scenic mountains and a beautiful lake. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and there was a private beach area where we enjoyed quiet moments as a couple. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room itself was a bit outdated and could use a renovation. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy and caused neck pain.
